Outsider

in the midst
of shattered pieces
lies one that
exudes the
slightest hint of a sparkle
needing tender care

    • Thanks, Betty, and that was my objective, so let that imagination stir. 🙂 The weekend has been great and today will be embraced before Monday marches in again. (My touch keyboard on my laptop has changed because of updates, so now I can’t find the emojis that added so much fun to typing. I’m still doing more research, and I’m sure it’ll end up being something so simple. But, I miss those hearts. :)) Have a great day! xoxo

      • Hope you find your emojis! I have them in my cellphone WP app, but not on my old PC and know the frustration of being without. Silly, since just a few years ago we never even heard of emojis! 🤗

      • I found them! Yes, all is right in the world now. 🙂 However, there are no musical notes, which is frustrating. It seems like a limited keyboard and this is a new (not inexpensive) laptop. I know, how did we ever live without them? lol Happy Monday, my friend 🙂💖

      • Yes, great minds! 😆 Now that you mention it, I kind of remember your new one. Very classy – love the hat!
I get tired of mine in a hurry. This new one was taken Thursday… Will probably change it again before long.

      • Thanks, I love hats, but don’t always like them on me. 🙂 So, my daughter bought this and I’ve worn it a few times. I get bored often from the same pics, so I need to work on some new ones, too.

  1. The word Phoenix came to my mind reading that Lauren.
From out of the ashes, the light of rebirth is ignited, but care must be taken to nurture the regrowth.
    Cheers.
