    • Thanks, Francina! We definitely found serenity and enjoyed it while we were there (except for the thunder/lightning storm the second night). 🙂 Many hugs to you, my friend, from across the pond xo

    • Aww, thanks so much, Annika! This lake was truly stunning and peaceful. We went early last month, so it wasn’t crowded. However, it’s so big that there’s enough sand and water for all. 🙂 Oh, and we did go in for a dip and it was awesome! ☺❤

    • I’m glad I had the chance to see this lake, too. My husband had talked about it for years, but we never made it there. Finally…and now I’m ready to return. 🙂 Thank you, Shian!

    • Aww, it’s so great to see you, Renee, although I know you’re not blogging anymore. Yeah, didn’t I say I was done, too? Finished with writing also? Never say never, I guess. 🙂 Anyway, I miss you in blogland, but understand…Love you, too, my friend, and thanks so much for your beautiful comment. Big hugs 💜💚❤

    • Thanks, Ian! It is Loon Lake in northern Cal., Eldorado County, near Lake Tahoe. It was pristine and peaceful, especially last month so we didn’t have to fight the crowds. 🙂

    • Thanks, Don! That’s really nice to hear. This was a long break for me, so in returning, I wasn’t sure who’d remember me. 🙂 I hope you’re doing better, and it’s nice to see you also!

Your thoughts are welcome!
