  1. The general answer is, of course, No–but I think we deserve points for trying! 😉 Since you mentioned Grace, she (it) gives us the possibility to think when there’s no human way . . .

    • Thank you so much and you are so right! Sometimes, we need to slow down and really look around and take in the surrounding beauty…I appreciate your visit and comment!

      • Yes. “Ben Naga” is (mostly) for poetry, and the other really *is* a book with a defined purpose (though whether it will ever actually be published as such is uncertain). Any poems that appear in TBOG eventually surface in “Ben Naga” too, so you won’t miss anything in the line of poetry. TBOG is aimed at folk with a particular interest, and if you decide this includes you then it may be best to start at the beginning and gradually work your way through it, reading the next consecutive post each day. There aren’t 366 yet, but I’m getting there. 🙂 Or there is another approach, given the type of book it is, which is to go there whenever you have the urge and use the “Random Post” button and surprise yourself. 🙂

  2. This one is lovely, Lauren. It causes me to think of several scriptures in the bible about spiritual blindness. Thank you for sharing this today.
    Have a blessed day.
    xoxo

    • Aww…thanks, Deb, and I’m glad I could inspire you! I often wonder how much we miss simply because we’re rushing from point A to point B…anyway, hope you’re having a wonderful day, too, and have a great weekend! Hugs!

  3. This is so beautiful dear Lauren! It reminds me so much of my own weeping willow tree… and you know how I feel about him 🙂 ~ I loved your haiku — it is so true – we have to take the time to see. Much Love x RL

    • Aww…thanks, Robyn! I’m glad you liked my weeping willow and it does represent much of the beauty that is missed in our rushed lives often…Much love and many hugs and thanks for all your visits, my friend! xx
